Our Optimist Club invites you to participate in a patriotic, community service program called “The Avenue of Flags”. This fundraiser helps us support our activities for youth in our community
We will place a 3’ by 5’ American flag on a 10’ flag pole within 24” of the curb in front of your home or business on the following five national holidays:
Memorial Day Weekend
Flag Day
July 4th
Labor Day Weekend
Veteran's Day
For $50/year we deliver and place your flag, usually a day or two before the holiday, and we retrieve it at the end of the holiday or next day, weather permitting. We are responsible for replacement of any flag that is damaged or stolen and we store the flags between holidays.
If you wish to display more than one flag on your property, our multi-flag discount saves $10 for each flag for an annual subscription.
